Every day we have our hands full. There are also many places to which only we have access – Vatican paramedics together with a doctor. In addition, it is worth remembering that we travel with the Pope to various corners of Italy and around the world. We are always on the Papal plane. Of course, we also take part in all Papal ceremonies and audiences on the St. Peter’s Square and in the Paul VI Hall, and not only. We just have to be wherever we are needed. Therefore, we do not help only the Pope, although we take care of him above all and this is our absolute priority. By virtue of our statutes, we also take care of the health of all clergy and laity working in the Vatican, all its citizens and residents. When necessary, we also help those who have crossed the thresholds of the Vatican City State simply because they go to the store or pharmacy, have a pass to the gardens or go to visit one of the hierarchs working in the Roman Curia and suddenly feel unwell.
