On Saturday, August 24, 2019 the Triptych was transferred from the St. Joseph Basilica in Webster to Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish in Worcester.
Upon solemn entrance of the Triptych, welcome words delivered by the Pastor of the Church, Ryszard Polk, and a prayer, the Mass celebrated by five priests started. A homily related to Our Lady of Czestochowa and St. John Paul II was delivered by Prelate Antoni Czarnecki.
On Sunday, August 25, 2019 after the Mass faithful were able to pay homage to the relics of St. John Paul II by kissing them.
