On Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7 p.m., a solemn Eucharist was celebrated on the feast of St. Cyril and Methodius, who together with St. John Paul II are the patrons of the chapel and the Foundation Home in Lublin.
The Holy Mass was celebrated by Rev. Dr. Tadeusz Michałek, the Pastor of the parish in Pliszczyna, near Lublin. In his reflection on the Gospel, the preacher reminded us of the need to constantly ask ourselves and God questions about one’s own vocation. They are very important for us so that we can fulfill God’s will in our lives. Together we asked the Patrons of Europe for help in recognizing our vocation, as well as for the cessation of the war in Ukraine.
After the Eucharist, there was occasional refreshment in the auditorium, which is always a good opportunity to talk and deepen relations between scholarship recipients, alumni, and invited guests.
