FAREWELL CEREMONY FOR THIS YEAR’S FOUNDATION GRADUATES

On Saturday, June 1, 2024, a poignant farewell marked the culmination of studies for scholarship recipients at both the Catholic University of Lublin and the Foundation’s program. The day commenced with a 5:00 pm Holy Mass, presided over by Father Jan Strzałka, director of the House. In the foundation’s chapel, prayers were offered for this year’s graduates, the Foundation’s leadership, and all benefactors, under the intercession of Saint John Paul II, whose support has sustained the Foundation’s scholarship program for over 30 years.

Following the Eucharist, attendees gathered in the auditorium, where fourth-year scholarship recipients had crafted a special program honoring the graduates. Fifth-year scholars and the House administration were honored with commemorative gifts as a gesture of appreciation for their dedication to the program. The graduates expressed heartfelt gratitude to Father Jan and Father Robert for their educational leadership, selfless dedication, and paternal guidance.

The evening continued with grilled sausages, refreshing drinks, and good music, fostering a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere. This gathering will surely linger fondly in the hearts of the scholarship recipients, particularly those soon departing the House in Lublin. May God bless them abundantly, and may Saint John Paul II intercede for them from heaven!
