END OF THE COURSE AT THE FOUNDATION’S HOME

On Thursday, July 28, 2022, the participants of the course at the John Paul II Foundation Home had exams in Polish and directional subjects and then final interviews.  During our lunch together, young people from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine thanked the Directors and Professors for the opportunity to participate in the course, for the time devoted to them, for the knowledge gained and the people they met.

The Holy Mass at 6 p.m. was celebrated by the Director of the Home, Fr Jan Strzałka, who emphasized that it was a unique and unrepeatable time for the participants of the course, which should result in deepened faith and mature interpersonal relationships in their lives.  In a special way, we prayed in the intention of all donors, thanks to whom the Foundation’s Scholarship Program is ongoing for so many years.  During the preparatory course, in addition to lectures and personal learning, a special place in the program of the day had the daily Eucharist, during which people prayed for peace in Ukraine and for the Foundation.  There were also meetings, integration games, and trips.

In October, the new scholarship recipients will start their studies at the Catholic University of Lublin, in their chosen fields.
