CANDIDATES FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the John Paul II Foundation’s preparatory and qualification course of the scholarship program began in Lublin.   This year, 35 people participate in it.  The candidates come from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.  The course program includes lectures on the Polish language and subjects: history, biology, and mathematics.  Professors of the Catholic University of Lublin and the Lublin University of Technology are providing the lectures.

At the beginning of the course, Fr Jan Strzałka, the Director of the House, warmly welcomed all participants gathered in the auditorium and reminded about the main ideas of the scholarship program and the goals of the course in the perspective of recruitment for studies.  The course will be supervised by Fr. Robert Ptak.

Every day, young people participate in a holy Mass; some of them also actively by reading and singing. In addition to common prayers and lessons, course participants meet together for lunch and for evening meetings in the hall.

We would like to thank all the Benefactors of the Foundation, thanks to whom we can enjoy the time spent in Lublin!
