Jubilee Celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the birth of Cardinal Stanislaw Ryłko began with a solemn Mass at 7:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s Basilica at the Vatican. Then, at 11:00 a.m., in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, together with priests, nuns and numerous gathered faithful we prayed the Holy Rosary and sung Litany to the Virgin Mary in the Cardinal’s intention.
We wish His Eminency many God’s graces, the care of Our Lady Salus Populi Romani and the long years of life. We would like to express our gratitude for the care and management of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, as the Archpriest, as well as for the support and continued concern for the John Paul II Foundation as the Chairman of the Administrative Council of the Foundation.
