|John Paul II Foundation of New Jersey|
Throughout the three consecutive Sundays of the Lent (February 24, March 3 and March 10, 2013) the John Paul II Foundation New Jersey Chapter presented mobile exhibition of the John Paul II Foundation which came from Rome and this year it is visiting United States. The exhibition was presented in the hall by the Holy Rosary Church/Diocesan Shrine of John Paul II in Passaic, N.J. This exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to present activities of our Chapter and the entire John Paul II Foundation as although almost everyone heard about John Paul II, only a small number of individuals knows the genesis and history of the Foundation, which He established himself.
Thanks to the exhibition, visitors had a chance to learn more about the history and activities of the Foundation. Members of the Chapter who were present during the exhibition were providing additional information bringing closer activities of the John Paul II Foundation throughout the entire world. Thanks to the parish's hospitality, we were able to offer to the visitors: coffee, tea, and cookies which were handmade by the members of the Chapter. Many parishioners and friends of the Foundation were able to see the exhibition throughout the three consecutive Sundays. During the exhibition, the newest movie portraying the rich history of the Foundation, which touched many hearts, was presented.
Next, the exhibition will be presented at the Our Lady of Consolation Parish in Williamsburg, New York, and then at the St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Parish in Linden, N.J. From New Jersey, the exhibition will be shipped to Chicago and then to Los Angeles, CA.
